Sara Wallace
Yoga

Sara Wallace is a believer, wife, #boymom, adventurer, RYT-500, and Young Living Crown Diamond. She & her husband, Justin, love calling Claremore home!
Sara completed her Power Vinyasa 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2018 and immediately began teaching vinyasa-based yoga classes in downtown Claremore. She also has experience/training in teaching Prenatal Yoga, Kids Yoga, Yoga Trapeze, and Gravity Yoga.
When it comes to fitness, “Yoga has always been there for me,” she describes. “Yoga taught me how to breathe. Yoga was the first exercise I could do after a pelvic injury. Prenatal Yoga relaxed muscles I didn’t even know were tight during my pregnancy. Hot Yoga has given me more strength, flexibility, and endurance than I’ve ever had in my life. Many days, my practice on the mat saves my sanity, and probably my liver.”
Sara is highly driven by encouraging women to know and live their purpose, in wellness and abundance. – Sara Wallace, Owner
Chelsea Sullivan
Barre

“After discovering barre in 2018, I quickly fell in love with the challenge and results. It wasn’t long before being inspired to take Cristi McKinney’s barre99 Instructor Training.
“I strive to make each class challenging yet accessible and always fun! I want my students to know that no matter where they are in their fitness journey, there is always a spot for them at the barre.”
Jody Reiss
Yoga

Jody Reiss is an experienced group fitness instructor, whose love for fitness began in 2009 while trying to make it through a deployment. She started with cycle, then quickly added bootcamp and kickboxing. Anytime life knocked her down, she found a place in the fitness world and her faith in God.
Jody holds a Sports Management degree from Rogers State University (go Hillcats!), and has taken workshops from AFAA, Fitour, Schwann, ACSM, and NETA over the years.
When not teaching fitness, she loves spending time with family and friends outdoors, having nerf wars with her son Blake, and serving the Claremore community by being active on many boards and committees.
Jody’s yoga journey began in 2018, and in 2019 she decided to begin working towards her RYT-200.
Yoga was a hard sell for her, because taking a moment for herself and to be still was not in her nature.
“Once I gave into the process, I found it was a great place for me to be at peace with the chaos that surrounds me in life. Over the years, I have learned that there is so much more to yoga, it truly is a mind body connection.. and the fact is our bodies keep score of all the events in our lives, good and bad. Through our practice we can come and leave it all on the mat!”
