Yoga:

Our diverse team of instructors offer classes ranging from Deep Stretch and Slow Flows, to Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, and Aroma-infused Flows.

  • Deep Stretch: Relax and breath as you allow your body to release into 60 minutes of
    deep stretching.
  • Slow Flow: Vinyasa-style flow where each asana is held a little longer, allowing your
    body time to breathe into and embrace the pose.
  • Vinyasa Flow: Build strength & flexibility in this rhythmic, quick-moving vinyasa style
    yoga class.
  • Hot Yoga: You’ll sweat & flex in this vinyasa style class where the studio is heated
    to a Summer-lover friendly 90 degrees.
  • Aroma Flow: An essential oil infused slow flow. Attention is placed on your breath and
    the emotional and physical sensations of each aroma as you breathe into each pose.

Barre:

Engage muscles you never knew existed in this up-beat, all levels Barre class.
No dance experience required.

HIIT:

Take your cardio to the next level with High Intensity Interval Training – alternating
intense, get-your-heart-pumping exercise with short recovery periods.
